Sorry, but as useful as the FCB is, it is still a 'dumb' MIDI controller - it cannot respond to commands in any way, except to set its patches.

I don't know BandHelper, but if it can accept MIDI commands, you could use the FCB to select the songs - just set one bank up with one switch that sends the command to BandHelper, and sets up the rest of the switches to control BeatBuddy.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to set up something like a bank per song on the FCB, and switch it separate from BandHelper.  Two things to switch songs, but it should work well.
