ok, after running through the source code I believe the solution for you will be to delete the .plist file, which should be located at $HOME/Library/Preferences/be.gordius.FCB/UnO Control Center.plist

Reinstalled the application several times. Shut off WiFi so only one NIC is active (ethernet) and removed the appendage from my Computer Name.
Still have to register every time. Screen shot #1 shows

the FCB1010 is not a MIDI device which can be recognized by your Mac. The Mac only recognizes MIDI-USB devices and lists them in ControlCenter. Also there is no "hierarchy" in MIDI-USB
