Ah yes! I see. I thought there was a “rc-505 chip” for fcb that I didn’t know about.
Again, I believe the 505 has specific CC’s based on the 202 that I have. Mobius, to my recollection, has

Re: Best chip for FCB1010 for controlling Mobius
Hi FishOOW, thx for your input,
I am not going to use RC-505 with Mobius. What I meant was that I might decide to use FCB1010 with RC-505 too. Most of the time though, I will use FCB1010 with Mobius.

I’m not the most qualified to answer but maybe I can get you closer.
I have an RC-202 and the CC messages are fixed. If the RC-505 is similar then this will not suit your needs for Mobius. It’s

Ed.
Huge help. Thank you so much.
I’ve read your email a few times. For the most part it all makes sense.
You sold me on the Uno-ControlCenter Editor. I’m downloading it right after I’m done

Further thoughts:
It's always a good idea, when programming your FCB, to have two cables connected. This way, after you send the sysex to the FCB, you can verify the success of the operation using a

A VERY simplified explanation:
Think of a PC (Program/Preset Change) as a message that calls a saved collection of instructions.
They might configure a sound on a synthesizer or a scene in a light

Hello Everyone.
Totally new to FCB1010 and this chat group. I bought an FCB1010 on a whim and trying to set it up. I’d love to understand better how to program it.

Re: FCB1010 first steps w/UnO chip and total desesperation
It's just I found strange that after creating that new keyboard for S1 there is no need to indicate the different switches and pedals with any "Learn MIDI" instructions. It's not that I care: it works

Not sure what you mean by that. You have to CREATE the new Keyboard, but when you create the Instrument track and point it at Amplitube/CH1 it maps itself, since ( I guess) that's what's sending on

Got a reply on the S1 Forum:
Hi there,
the FCB 1010 has to be integrated as an "New Keyboard"!
NOT as a "Surface" and NOT as a "New Instrument"!
FCB1010 + UnO2 rules!

Well, I have been trying Reaper this afternoon and I like it a lot! It's bare-bones look suits me. Amplitube sounds just ok, I can use my MIDI keyboard to play all my VST synths, but... I just can`t

Reaper is fully functional and apart from
