However, I think with stock firmware in direct select mode, you can use the up and down pedals to toggle SW1 and SW2 (even with stock FCB firmware).

Connections of relays to switch outputs (Tip/Ring/Sleeve jacks)
So essentially if you want to use a single TRS cable to control both switches, plug it into S1. If you want to use 2 TS cables, plug in to S1 and S2. At least this is how I read it.

It indeed does look like SW plug inserted , will effect switch 2. I found the attached schematic.

Bye Bye Yahoo!
IMO Behringer should be contributing to this cause as I'm sure it helps them sell products and their direct support is little to non-existent. They have been getting a free ride here for some time.

FCB1010 to control Alesis Q20 and QuadraVerb GT
Set PC1 (Program Change 1) to MIDI Channel 1 and PC2 to MIDI Channel 2 in global settings. Any preset you want to affect you Alesis only, use PC1. Anything you want to affect QuatraVerb only, use PC2.

FCB Buttons getting clicked twice
Maybe the Merge function is turned on on your FCB1010 and the message you are sending is getting echoed back by the application and then being re-sent to the application again.
