It seems that a few new applicants to join our group do not receive our Questionnaire email in their Inboxes and, because they don't reply to that email, they are never granted membership. (Questionnaire email asks for your name and reasons for wanting to join -- it is mandatory to answer it).
If you have applied to join and didn't receive a Welcome email that same day, the chances are that the Questionnaire email has either been blocked by your Mail Server, or has been marked as Junk or Spam and not reached your Inbox. PLEASE CHECK those folders!
