It means you have to connect up your FCB1010 with the UNO2 firmware and enter the email and license code that came with your chip. They should also have sent you this information in the confirmation email. Simply the UNO2 firmware will not work until it is unlocked with this license information.
I received my new Uno2 chip a few weeks ago but had been holding off until I could accept downtime - just in case. It turns out that was a wise move!
I installed the Uno2 EPROM and when I power on the board displays "-1 ic" or "-l ic". Does anyone know what that means? I put the original chip in and it still works fine.
